AR 101
Basic introduction to the AR platform of firearms. Content includes AR15, AR10, and MSR comparisons, proper terminology and definitions, safety mechanisms, parts of the firearms, disassembly, maintenance and cleaning, reassembly, sight in and proper sighting technique. This is a classroom only course and is the pre-requisite to AR 201 that includes live fire.

AR 201
Review of some of the most prudent aspects of AR101. Instruction in the safety and proper procedure to engage in live fire, loading and unloading procedure, malfunctions drill and bold override procedure. Live fire will be conducted in the Rifle Range. AR101 is a pre-requisite to this class. The instructor will determine if any student who has not attended AR101 is adequately trained to participate in this class.
